DESCRIPTION:Welcome to the World of Work presented by Forsyth County! This event will welcome all Winston-Salem/Forsyth County 10th graders to explore career possibilities across a variety of industries. Students will work their way through six “worlds” including Aviation/Aerospace\, Advanced Manufacturing\, Construction\, Technology\, Healthcare & Life Sciences and Business Services\, extending them the opportunity to interact with businesses and educational institutions to learn more about the careers that interest them and how to get there. \n\n\n\n10th grader tours will be held from 9:30 AM – 1:00 PM. Independent and private schools in Forsyth County are invited to tour the event from 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM. The day will conclude with a Community Career Fair from 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM.
