Workplace Improv: Real Fun, Serious Skills
February 19 @ 4:30 pm – 6:00 pm
Improv is one of the hottest (and most fun) ways to build personal and professional skills. This interactive, on-your-feet workshop blends play with purpose, using laughter and games to strengthen communication, collaboration, creativity, decision-making, and leadership. Participants practice active listening, navigating challenges, and working with diverse personalities, all while building confidence, community, and a deeper appreciation for what they bring to the table. The result? Memorable a-ha moments and practical takeaways you can immediately apply in all areas of your life.
Led by wife-and-husband duo Saya Hillman and Pete Aiello of Mac & Cheese Productions℠, this zero-experience-required workshop offers a welcoming space where curiosity and fun lead the way. With over 20 years of improv and teaching experience, nationally recognized speaking and coaching credentials, and clients ranging from Microsoft and Feeding America to universities and hospitals across the country, Saya and Pete know how to make growth feel accessible and energizing.
This workshop is designed for professionals and teams from local businesses who want to strengthen skills, collaboration, and performance in the workplace.
The event will wrap up with a brief networking happy hour. Make sure to wear comfortable clothes and shoes and bring your “I’ll try it” attitude.
