Employer of Choice Credential

Become a Forsyth Works Employer of Choice to signal your commitment to create a thriving workplace. This designation helps your organization attract top talent, boost retention, and enhance your reputation as a great place to work in Forsyth County.

The 8-hour employer certification includes 5 modules to support employers in strengthening their workforce, enhancing recruitment and retention efforts, fostering an inclusive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with evolving employment standards.

Participating employers will hear from local subject-matter experts on topics including workforce access and opportunity, employment policies and the employee experience, organizational engagement and networking, AI in talent acquisition, and more.

Employers who complete the seminar will earn the Forsyth Works Employer of Choice Credential, including a digital badge through Credly, that can be displayed on company websites, social media, email signatures, and more.

Lunch will be provided. Parking instructions will be emailed prior to the event. Up to 3 representatives from each organization are invited to attend.
